A) VAT

Are the prices of CCHM Trucks including or excluding VAT ?

All prices on our website and in our offers are excluding VAT, unless it's stated otherwise.

B) View a vehicle/take a test drive

Can I take a look at a vehicle and make a test drive ?

If you are interested in one of our trucks or trailers and you want to come over to take a look at the vehicle in our showroom, you are most welcome. Our sales team is waiting for you. We recommend you to always inform us upfront about your visit. In this way we can reserve the truck or trailer and we can prepare the vehicle for a potential test drive.

C) Required documents for buying a vehicle

Which documents does CCHM Trucks need from me, if I want to buy a vehicle ?

If you want to buy a truck or trailer from us, we need the following documents from you:
Sales in Morroco :
For the ascription of your truck or trailer, we need the following documents from you :

• Copy of valid drivers licence or passport
• Extract from Chamber of Commerce (up to 1 year old)

Sales in Europe :
To be able to invoice at a 0% VAT rate within Europe we have to prove that our customer does business in a legal way for the specified company and VAT number. Therefore we need:

• Copy of valid drivers' licence or passport
• Valid VAT number
• VAT Proof, for example :
  • Extract of the Chamber of Commerce
  • Trading Authorization of Business
  • Business card
  • Official stationery

D) Export/Import

Which export documents do I need ?

For the import and export of trucks and trailers you need the correct documeetns and certificates. Which documents depends on the type of truck or trailer, the mode of transportation and the final destination. We have all the required knowledge and know exactly which documents you require. Furthermore we have an international network with the correct contacts to acquire the required documents and certificates if required.

E) Reserve a vehicle

Is it possible to reserve a vehicle ?

If you want to come over to take a look at a truck or trailer in our showroom, we can reserve the vehicle(s) for you. We can reserve a truck or trailer up to 24 hours. We can do this in 2 situations:

• If you want to come and take a look at the vehicle in our showroom
• If you are going to do a (down)payment on a vehicle

Without a downpayment we can't reserve the vehicle for more than 24 hours.
